Customer Service Representative (Call Center) Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join a fast-paced call center environment as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering high-quality service with every interaction. Key Responsibilities * Manage a high volume of inbound calls daily (approximately 50-100, depending on complexity) * Provide assistance with prior authorizations, general inquiries, and sensitive customer information * Conduct follow-up calls as needed to ensure issue resolution * Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems * Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times * Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and productivity Required Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience (within the past 2-3 years) * Strong customer service and problem-solving skills * Ability to handle high-volume call environments * Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail * Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (ability to navigate multiple systems) * Typing speed of 30+ WPM Additional Requirements * Stable work history with consistent job tenure (1+ year per role preferred) * Ability to manage confidential information responsibly * Strong multitasking and organizational skills Assessments (Required) * Typing Test (1 minute, one-space format): Minimum 30 WPM * Call Center - Telephone Skills Assessment: Minimum 75% Experience Level * Entry Level What Makes You a Great Fit * You thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment * You are detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy * You enjoy helping others and providing excellent customer experiences * You are reliable, consistent, and committed to quality work Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.
