AV / Collaboration Engineer Overview Faith Technologies, Inc. (FTI) is seeking an experienced AV / Collaboration Engineer to support the deployment, support, and standardization of conference room and workplace technology across a rapidly growing footprint.
This role serves as a subject matter expert for audiovisual and collaboration systems, helping deliver consistent, high-quality meeting experiences across all facilities. It's ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on troubleshooting, system design, and enterprise-scale standardization. What You'll Do In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of workplace collaboration technology and ensure seamless functionality across environments: * Deploy, configure, and support conference room AV and collaboration solutions * Provide day-to-day support for meeting room technology and workplace tools * Troubleshoot end-to-end conferencing issues, including audio, video, connectivity, and device integrations * Support and maintain platforms including: * Microsoft Teams Rooms * Zoom Rooms * Google Meet environments * Poly (Polycom) conferencing systems * Assist with design, buildout, and standardization of meeting room technology across locations * Support BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and hybrid meeting environments * Partner with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure network readiness for AV systems * Participate in multi-site deployments and upgrades * Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices for AV environments Required Skills & Experience * 3-7+ years of experience in AV, audiovisual systems, or collaboration technology * Hands-on experience deploying or supporting conference room AV systems * Strong working knowledge of: * Microsoft Teams Rooms * Poly (Polycom) hardware and solutions * Zoom and/or Google Meet platforms * Experience troubleshooting AV systems in enterprise environments * Understanding of: * AV hardware (cameras, microphones, displays, codecs) * Room configurations and system integrations * Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, software, and user environments Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site AV deployments * Familiarity with BYOD and hybrid collaboration environments * Exposure to AV lifecycle management and standardization initiatives * Basic knowledge of networking concepts related to AV systems (IP, VLANs, connectivity) * Strong documentation and process improvement experience What Makes This Role Stand Out * High-impact role shaping the future of workplace collaboration technology * Opportunity to standardize and scale AV systems across a growing organization * Work with leading platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet * Blend of hands-on technical work and strategic input Experience Level * Intermediate (Level II) * Ideal for candidates with 3-7 years of relevant AV or collaboration technology experience *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Menasha, WI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
