Organic Content Marketing Specialist, B2B Video
Freelance through December, possible extension
40 hours a week, EST/CST hours
Travel, twice a year.

A global leader in the talent acquisition and workforce solutions industry is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and production of organic content that engages business leaders and hiring decision-makers. This role will focus on creating high-impact thought leadership content mainly across YouTube with other B2B social channels, transforming workforce trends and industry insights into compelling stories that build brand authority, audience engagement, and organic reach.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute an organic content strategy across video, podcast, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Create and produce organic B2B thought leadership content designed to engage executives, business leaders, and hiring decision-makers.
  • Develop both long-form and short-form content, including executive interviews, documentary-style features, explainers, trend analyses, and social-first video content.
  • Translate workforce, hiring, and labor market insights into compelling, audience-focused narratives.
  • Create creative briefs, beat sheets, content frameworks, scripts, and editorial plans that support organic growth and audience engagement.
  • Manage content production from concept through final delivery, partnering with internal stakeholders and external production teams.
  • Oversee video shoots and production activities to ensure content aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Review and approve scripts, edits, and final deliverables with a focus on quality, storytelling, and audience relevance.
  • Establish platform-specific best practices to maximize organic performance across channels.
  • Monitor content trends, audience behavior, and competitive activity to identify new organic content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, product marketing, research, and executive stakeholders to align content with broader business initiatives.
  • Identify and engage subject matter experts, industry leaders, and executive voices to strengthen thought leadership efforts.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content strategies and increase organic engagement.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience developing and producing organic content for B2B audiences, with some exposure to B2C content marketing.
  • Proven success building and executing organic content strategies across YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience behavior, content consumption trends, and platform best practices.
  • Experience producing a range of content formats, including interviews, documentary-style videos, explainers, executive thought leadership, podcasts, and social content.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editorial skills, including experience creating creative briefs, scripts, and content frameworks.
  • Experience managing content production workflows and collaborating with internal and external creative teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using content analytics to evaluate performance and inform content decisions.
  • Ability to balance strategic content planning with hands-on execution.
  • Passion for workforce trends, leadership, talent strategy, and the future of work.
