Summary of Objective:

The PCI Pharma Services Bedford role is to identify and document the system boundaries for the GMP systems for the NH site and perform instrument criticality assessments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

* Develop a process (SOP) to execute system boundaries for Direct and No Impact systems used for manufacturing.

* Execute the system boundary process to define system boundaries for systems used for manufacturing. This will require hands-on field work to understand the physical system interactions/dependencies as well as the digital/paper requirements to define the boundaries.

* Execute instrument criticality assessments.

  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
  • Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
  • Assists in creating performance reports.

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
