What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CRO and Sales & Client Management leadership team, helping align priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and advance key business initiatives across the enterprise.

  • Establish and manage leadership operating rhythms, governance structures, and executive cadences that support organizational effectiveness and execution excellence.

  • Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Finance, Marketing, Legal, Operations, HR, Client Success, and Executive Administration to drive strategic priorities and enterprise initiatives.

  • Lead and coordinate high-impact initiatives by managing timelines, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and execution plans.

  • Conduct strategic and financial analyses, including business cases, market assessments, investment evaluations, and scenario modeling to support executive decision-making.

  • Translate complex business, operational, and financial information into concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations.

  • Develop and oversee executive materials and communications, including Board presentations, Operating Committee updates, leadership meeting content, business reviews, and enterprise presentations.

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and executive readiness across presentations, communications, and leadership deliverables.

  • Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, and town halls, including agenda development, pre-read coordination, presentation creation, action tracking, and follow-up.

  • Maintain the S&CM Navigator as the central source of truth for organizational priorities, capabilities, initiatives, and operating models.

  • Manage client allocation and gifting budgets in partnership with Executive Administration and Executive Assistants.

  • Support client management transition planning and maintain related operational documentation in coordination with Client Success teams.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, business operations, program management, corporate strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.

  • Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.

  • Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence diverse audiences.

  • Strong presentation development experience, including creating executive-level communications and strategic materials.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives, balance competing deadlines, and drive cross-functional execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience with financial modeling, business metrics, and executive reporting.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage both strategic and operational priorities effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, enterprise mindset.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and executive reporting tools.
