JLL | Global Transaction Management & REPM Position Overview

JLL is seeking a Transaction Management and Strategy Senior Analyst to support our dedicated account team. This role is central to account governance, reporting, and strategic real estate planning across North America and globally. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, strong client relationship skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement and automation.

Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare and track data within client-facing reports, presentations, analyses, BI galleries, and Performance Scorecards
  • Manage the Transaction Management Project Tracking tool and associated data tracking programs to ensure data integrity
  • Forecast, track, and reconcile transaction status, commission revenue, balancing payment status, and savings data in web-based applications
  • Support the Global TM Lead on year-end reporting, NA TM Meetings, QBRs, MBRs, and ad hoc requests
  • Collaborate with client and JLL finance teams to assist with commission and balancing payment forecasting and year-end reconciliations
  • Prepare commission invoices and client invoices for all North America transactions
  • Oversee annual Mark to Market global updates, reviews, and presentations
  • Update and manage CBAs and process documents in SharePoint and client audit
  • (Potential to) Co-lead small transactions with limited oversight
  • Work directly with clients, brokers, and team members to resolve financial, transaction, strategy, and landlord challenges
  • Support and/or lead global meetings and training initiatives
  • Actively contribute to process, reporting, and governance improvement opportunities including automation

Collaborative Engagement

Proactively partner with JLL functional teams to drive portfolio reviews, ensure timely response to client requests, and facilitate data collection for accurate reporting. Participate in cross-functional meetings and demonstrate strong stakeholder follow-up.

Tools & Innovations

Take active ownership of analytical and reporting tools. Identify, propose, and implement data visualization and process automation solutions. Enhance REPM and TM SharePoint resource libraries. Demonstrate thorough understanding of source data and reporting tools.

Presentation & Meetings

Prepare high-quality presentations using JLL standards and graphic templates, integrating data-driven insights and clear recommendations. Contribute meaningfully to NA Project Reviews, QBRs, MBRs, and weekly team forums.

Strategic Planning & Analysis

Gather, validate, and analyze portfolio data of varying asset/space types, financial requirements, occupancy/lease information, and market trends. Analyze portfolio optimization scenarios and business cases grounded in factual assumptions and consistent methodologies, and support any adhoc internal and client-driven analytical tasks.

Client Interaction & Value Add

Foster professional communication with client contacts. Proactively relay findings, recommendations, and market insights. Build trusted advisor relationships through consistent engagement.

TM & REPM Reporting

Produce complete and timely reports including Asset Plan of Record, NA Site Books, Mark to Market, and all governance and performance reporting for Transaction Management and Real Estate Portfolio Management. Ensure integrity and traceability of data sources.

Personal Development

Show initiative and pursue continuous improvement without prompt. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and independence. Recognize and respond positively to feedback from senior colleagues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field with strong academic achievement
  • Minimum 4 years of applicable experience with strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Real estate brokerage or salesperson's license desired
  • Understanding of commercial real estate, lease terminology, and basic building systems knowledge (to be demonstrated by small project which may be assigned)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), CoStar, and ability to master proprietary database programs
  • Experience with or aptitude for Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clearly to executive audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse, global team
  • Demonstrates poise, professionalism, and sound judgment in client-facing settings
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
