The Position Job TitleInsurance Commercial Operations Trainer Job DescriptionSummary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Insurance Commercial Lines Training Specialist to support the development, onboarding, and continued education of our commercial insurance team. This role is responsible for creating and delivering training programs that improve technical knowledge, service standards, workflow consistency, and overall employee performance across commercial lines operations. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial insurance expertise with excellent communication and coaching skills and is passionate about developing people and improving processes.
