Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell is seeking a senior communications leader to shape and execute a global strategy that elevates the company's brand, reputation and executive voice. This role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, driving impactful storytelling across media, digital channels and key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a passion for storytelling and a proven track record of executing high-impact public relations programs. You will play a pivotal role in advancing the company's media strategy, strengthening brand reputation, and securing meaningful, high-impact media coverage.

What You Can Expect

  • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media high-impact coverage and partnerships
  • Manage proactive and reactive media relations, including issues and crisis communications
  • Develop and implement integrated, strategic public relations plans to enhance the company's brand
  • Create compelling content and narratives to communicate the company's message and values to external audiences
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, including preparing them for media engagements, speaking opportunities and thought leadership
  • Oversee press releases, media events, interviews, speaking engagements, awards and blogs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and media sentiment to inform strategy
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications programs and optimize based on insights

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this position, you must possess:

  • A proven track record of building and executing impactful communication strategies at a global scale
  • A strong and established network of media contacts and key influencers
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling and messaging skills
  • Experience advising senior executives and managing high-profile communications initiatives
  • Ability to translate complex technical and business topics into compelling messages that resonate with journalists and their audiences
  • Experience navigating complex, fast-paced and high-growth environments

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required
  • 12-15+ years of B2B communications experience; semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred
  • Combination of in-house and agency experience is a plus, offering both strategic perspective and executional agility
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across complex, matrixed organizations
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

172,930 - 259,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
