What to Expect
As the Global Training Program Manager, you will serve as a critical bridge between our Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S) department and the software development team of the Tesla learning management system. You will be responsible for project managing the optimization of training tools and platforms on behalf of the EHS&S department, project leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable analytics and infrastructure that advances global training compliance, governance, and excellence. This position requires a strategic thinker who can govern content creation standards while ensuring technological solutions meet operational needs. You will project lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our global training programs. Expect to collaborate closely with subject matter experts and developers to innovate how compliance knowledge is disseminated, tracked, and reported. Your work will directly impact our ability to maintain high standards of safety and security across all regions. We are looking for a candidate who leverages emerging technologies to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement in our training ecosystem. $108,000 - $198,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
