Product Manager - Marketing Platforms
12-Month Hybrid Contract | Cupertino, CA | $88.00/hour We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Product Manager with a passion for building innovative tools that support and scale internal marketing platforms. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points, streamline workflows, and deliver tooling solutions that empower marketing teams to do their best work. Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Manager focused on internal tools or platform development; experience in B2C advertising or marketing technology is a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling product vision and influence stakeholders across all levels
- Self-motivated, creative problem solver with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience identifying opportunities to maximize and extend existing platform capabilities
- Proven ability to drive results within highly matrixed organizations through collaboration and influence
- Demonstrated success managing complex, global, and time-sensitive initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams while remaining adaptable and positive in dynamic environments
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, QA, and design teams to support and enhance internal marketing platforms
- Document and optimize operational workflows by connecting tools and systems while considering downstream user impact
- Gather business requirements and use cases from cross-functional stakeholders to define platform capabilities and solutions
- Develop presentations and product narratives that communicate strategy, vision, and roadmap priorities to leadership teams
- Identify and propose scalable solutions while balancing technical limitations and resource considerations
- Prioritize initiatives and help drive roadmap execution across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
- Measure platform performance and user experience through KPIs and identify ongoing optimization opportunities
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as MS, MA, or MBA preferred

- Pay rate: $88.00 per hour
