Job Title: Contract Administrator Summary: This position will work in the Contract Administration Group reporting to the Contract Administration Manager/Supervisor. The administrator is the initial point of contact within the contracts group ensuring that deals are appropriately papered, contract provisions are adhered to, and business records are maintained. The administrator must communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment on matters relating to systems and contracts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support ET Entities/Commercial by providing value added services such as:
* Research skills to search for, locate, extract, organize, evaluate and use or present information that is relevant contracts, meters, producer information or other contract information when required. * Request and research new producer paperwork to facilitate getting a new producer setup into various databases for settlement * Follow SOX procedures and maintain adequate records for audit purposes
Required Skills Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Preferred: Knowledge of Quorum Contract Management System, FlowCal, and SharePoint is a plus Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
