OVERVIEW The Behavioral Health Case Manager MS - Outpatient works with the behavioral health multidisciplinary team to provide care for the patients admitted to inpatient behavioral health or mental health, addictions and child, adolescent day treatment programs. The Behavioral Health Case Manager MS would help with dispositional planning, care planning and group psychoeducation. Performs other duties as assigned. Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday Shift: Days Location: Mercyhealth Henry Palmer Building - Janesville, WI Pay Range: $25.60/hr-$39.68/hr ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Master's Degree in a mental health or behavioral health field Experience or field study experience in mental health site. Working toward licensure is preferred. CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE TACT certified within 90 days after hire.
