This role is focused on supporting the CEO's written communications and day-to-day workflow - reading, triaging, and drafting on the CEO's behalf across email, memos, and other correspondence, and ensuring follow-through on the CEO's commitments. The Executive Assistant will operate as a trusted extension of the CEO's voice, exercising sharp judgment on tone, priority, and execution. The role requires availability during early morning and late evening hours to align with the CEO's working rhythm. The role is located onsite at our Redwood City, CA; New York, NY; or Tysons, VA office. Responsibilities:
