Industrial Demand Planner

The Industrial Demand Planner (IDP) is responsible for creating and maintaining a production plan that balances market demand with manufacturing and supplier capacity. The IDP has the lead role in developing monthly S&D proposals that are presented to executive leadership on a monthly basis. Creation of the proposals require cross-functional work with various teams, including other areas within Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Program Management, Customer Experience and others to ensure the production plan is adhering to requirements across the company. Additional collaboration is required to support various activities including 'What If' capacities studies, mix change requests, long term to short term transition and more. The IDP is expected to be the subject matter expert for their respective plants, regarding work patterns, overtime opportunities, market demand, constraints and more.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Program Management or Finance
  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel and analytical skills, strong communication skills with the ability to develop consensus across multiple cross functional groups
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in AI/Co-Pilot



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
