STV is seeking an accomplished Program Director, Aviation to lead major aviation programs and drive strategic growth across our national Aviation practice. This senior leader will oversee complex airport development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and ensure excellence in project delivery across planning, design, engineering, and construction management services.

The Program Director will serve as a trusted advisor to airport authorities, airlines, and public agencies while guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver highimpact, futureready aviation infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Direct largescale aviation programs, ensuring alignment with client goals, FAA requirements, and STV quality standards.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to airport authorities and airlines, maintaining strong executivelevel relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new aviation opportunities; collaborate with BD teams to expand STV's market presence.

  • Guide planning, design, and construction activities; ensure technical excellence and risk mitigation.

  • Mentor project managers and discipline leads; promote collaboration and highperformance culture.

  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure program profitability.

Qualifications
  • 20+ years leading major airport capital programs or aviation infrastructure portfolios.

  • Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction management environments.

  • Bachelor's in engineering, architecture, planning, or related field; Master's preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.

  • Strong understanding of airport planning, terminal development, and FAA processes.

Compensation Range:

$170,537.75 - $194,900.29
