JOB MISSION:

The Supply Chain Resilience Analyst plays a critical role in the orchestration of Supply Chain risk evaluation and avoidance. This work allows the organization to fully understand and vet all supply chain risks and execute business continuity plans. This Associate will be responsible for upkeeping all existing analytics for the function and for building out new analytical tools and dashboards for the org. This individual will be responsible for direct communication with supply chain leaders in rolling out new analytics and in key follow up for findings and continuity plan buildouts. This position aids in critical decision-making efforts as they are related to risk response and avoidance for New Balance's Supply Chain. This role by its nature requires global hours because of the need for check-ins with our global team members.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support ALL existing analytics in the Supply Chain Operations and Resilience business area

  • Own and maintain the Supply Chain Risk Dashboard

  • Manage all business updates and actions relevant to New Balance Supply Chain Risk

  • Prepare all presentation materials for Business Continuity Council meetings and Executive Leadership Reviews

  • Serve as key liaison and support to Enterprise Risk Management partners.

  • Serve as moderator and designer to risk reaction efforts.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • BA/BS preferred with a minimum of 5 years of consumer goods related operations experience

  • Ability to work cross functionally at all levels of the organization structure

  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment

  • Strong project management and organization skills

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Strong ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.

  • Ability to work Global Hours

  • Power BI knowledge and experience preferred

Lawrence, MA Corp Only Pay Range: $82,000.00 - $105,800.00 - $129,600.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
