Primary Purpose: The Senior Marketing Copywriter serves as a subject matter expert in developing highimpact copy that drives measurable growth across both DTC and B2B channels. This role leads the creation of strategic, performancefocused content that brings our products, programs, and services to life-ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right moment to accelerate acquisition and conversion. This role owns and advances key writing initiatives for email, SEOoptimized web content, and digital assets that support lead generation, while shaping the editorial standards and best practices used across performance, CRM, and marketing automation teams. The Copywriter collaborates closely with crossfunctional partners throughout the performance marketing, design, video production, and project management teams to deliver cohesive, highquality content across channels. In addition to producing complex and highvisibility work with minimal oversight, the Copywriter provides guidance and coaching to junior writers and creative partners, contributes to operational planning, and helps influence messaging strategies that directly impact departmental goals and business results. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
