The Opportunity

We are looking for a customer-focused, diligent, and thorough Sr. Learning Experience Partner to join our Talent Development team at Adobe. This role involves crafting and managing programs that support people leaders throughout the organization. If you have strong experience in project and program management, and a proven track record in developing and delivering solutions that inspire change in leadership behavior, this opportunity is for you. What you'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the team, bringing to bear data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive the development of effective solutions!
  • Program Management: Coordinate end-to-end program management of our People Leader initiatives. Scope, implement, and continuously enhance scalable development programs that help people leaders become more effective.
  • Collaborator Collaboration: Collaborate with Talent Management, Insights, Rewards, Wellbeing, DEI, Communication partners, and other relevant collaborators to identify leadership needs and align program objectives with business goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and assess the efficiency of leadership programs using objectives and key results and metrics; provide regular reports and insights to collaborators.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine leadership development programs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and changes in leadership requirements.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication and implementation of leadership programs across the organization, driving adoption of standard methodologies.
  • Operations: Complete the programs delivered. This involves writing and sending communications and calendar invites. Schedule sessions and dry runs. Set up instances in our Adobe Learning Manager (LMS). Produce virtual and live trainings.
What you need to succeed
  • 5+ years of program management experience, preferably within HR, Talent Development, or Leadership Development.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple collaborators.
  • Eagerness to explore and test new ideas and tools, with strong follow through and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication, written, and verbal skills, with an interest in visual and narrative storytelling and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of key program management concepts and methodologies, and hands-on experience managing and driving engagement in collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for building trust and connections across different layers of the organization.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve.
  • Proven capability to establish connections and collaborations across all tiers of the organization, recognize and harmonize varied viewpoints, and counsel and sway senior partners.
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to break down sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights.
  • Highly proficient in using MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,400 -- $206,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $142,700 - $206,600

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
