This role is highly strategic and requires a compassionate yet driven leader who can navigate organizational change, streamline processes, and set our People teams up for long-term success. You will partner closely with PI&A leadership-including our Directors and Managers of People Analytics-to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage complex analytical project portfolios, and ensure our strategic priorities align with our 2030 ambitions. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $119,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
