Overview

IJGlobal (a Green Street Company) is seeking a driven and team-oriented Account Executive to join our high-performing commercial team. This quota-carrying role is focused on generating new business across the infrastructure and energy markets. As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding IJGlobal's market presence by identifying and converting qualified leads into long-term clients.

Working with an entrepreneurial spirit, the ideal candidate brings energy, urgency, and initiative to every stage of the sales cycle. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the continued growth trajectory of IJGlobal - part of the Green Street family.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by engaging qualified leads through strategic outreach, including phone calls and personalized email campaigns
  • Manage and grow a sales pipeline using discretion, independent judgment, and initiative
  • Accurately track sales activities and forecast revenue through Salesforce
  • Develop and execute a high-volume sales plan to boost revenue and build brand visibility
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including outreach and engagement goals
  • Prospect new opportunities while effectively managing multiple leads through the sales funnel
  • Synthesize and leverage market data to craft relevant, tailored outreach
  • Collect and document prospect feedback to refine messaging and improve sales strategies

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales, business development, and strategic lead generation within infrastructure, energy, or financial markets
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and market dynamics (infrastructure and energy knowledge a plus)
  • Must be based within commuting distance of our New York office or willing to relocate; hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence at least 3 days per week
