Responsibilities
Hartgrove Behavioral Health System and Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital seek a savvy and experienced HEALTHCARE RECRUITERto join the HR team. Hartgrove Behavioral Health Systemconsists of a 160-bed acute care expanding to 208 beds, crisis stabilization, for-profit psychiatric hospital, treating children as young as 3 through older adults, within 8 different inpatient programs. We have one of the largest pediatric psychiatric programs in the state of Illinois and are most proud to be the first and currently only hospital in the country to have received the Joint Commission's Disease Specific Certification designations for Neuropsychiatry and Trauma Services. We also received our second award as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures from The Joint Commission. Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital consists of 88-beds and is dedicated to providing behavioral health and psychiatric support to children and teens ages 3 to 17. Qualifications JOB SPECIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position. Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, Business, or related field required. Master's in human resources, OLS, or related field preferred. Experience: Prior healthcare experience required; Prior healthcare human resources and/or clinical recruiting experience strongly preferred Licensure/Certification: None required; PHR or SPHR preferred. Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning human resource administration in a health care setting.
