*Description*
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative, operational, and personal support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing complex priorities with discretion and professionalism. You will serve as a trusted partner and central point of coordination across executive, corporate, and family office activities. *What You'll Do* *Executive Support* Manage complex calendars, prioritize scheduling, and coordinate board meetings Serve as a gatekeeper for communications, handling calls, email, and correspondence Prepare, edit, and distribute executive and company-wide communications Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, and hospitality *Foundation & Community Engagement* Manage charitable donation requests and communications Coordinate Foundation board meetings and maintain records Support charitable events and community initiatives *Events & Corporate Support* Plan and execute corporate events, VIP engagements, and offsite meetings Coordinate travel, lodging, venues, and logistics Support sales leadership with documentation, contracts, and training materials Maintain key directories and assist with trade shows and special events *Office & Administrative Operations* Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and shared spaces Ensure smooth daily office operations and route customer inquiries appropriately *Family Office Support* Coordinate personal travel, itineraries, and logistics Manage personal financial administration including bill pay and tracking Maintain records for vehicles, legal documents, and personal assets Assist with gifting, special events, and household/vendor coordination *Legal & Compliance Support* Prepare and process legal documentation and filings Coordinate meetings for legal matters and track related activities Assist with expense reporting and financial tracking *What You Bring* 10-15+ years of senior-level executive assistant experience Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion Strong experience in event planning, travel coordination, and financial tracking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and standard business systems Notary certification preferred; legal or accounting support experience a plus *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Fitchburg, WI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
