Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing
Compensation: $23-25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime opportunity available, not required

What You'll Do:
  • Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks
  • Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications as necessary
  • Prepare status reports
  • Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling
  • Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly
  • Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards
  • Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship
  • Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur
  • Work independently with moderate supervision
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with hand tools in an assembly or production role
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
What Sets You Apart:
  • Vocational or technical training
  • Visual acuity and manual dexterity
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MRP skills
  • Open to learning new software and processes
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen

  • This role will operate in a manufacturing setting that requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
