APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Partner with internal customers (hiring managers, recruiters, human resource business partners) to facilitate recruiting process Build candidate pipelines through sourcing and networking efforts Support diversity hiring efforts for all levels within the organization Utilize LinkedIn, Taleo & other recruiting platforms Create a world-class candidate experience for all applicants in the recruiting process Participate in recruiting events Maintain and create relationships with staffing organizations Communicate sourcing strategies to all relevant stakeholders Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing 3+ years of experience in semiconductor Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
