The Quality Inspector at Technipaq plays a vital role in maintaining product quality and supporting continuous production operations. In this position, you will perform routine inspections, testing, gauging, and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure customer specifications and company quality standards are consistently met.

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the Quality Inspector works closely with multiple departments and team members across the company to help maintain high production standards, support operational efficiency, and ensure quality remains a top priority in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight

• Know-How: High school diploma or GED preferred. Training or experience in production or manufacturing is a big plus.
• Experience: 1+ year in inspection, quality, or line work helps you start strong.
• Attention to Detail: You catch the "small stuff" that keeps the "big stuff" moving.
• Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift (up to) 40-50 lbs when needed.
• Attitude: Reliable, steady, and proud to be the one who keeps things right.

A Day on the Line

In this Quality Inspector role in Crystal Lake, you'll be the person keeping it all in check. You'll inspect parts at every stage, call out issues quickly, and keep the line clean and organized. You'll team up with operators and leads to keep production tight, safe, and done right.

As a Quality Inspector, you'll perform routine inspections, tests, and measurements on materials, in-process goods, and finished products to verify they meet customer and company standards. You'll use measuring tools, review product specifications, document findings, and communicate with production staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
