Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Business Manager - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for the coordination and delivery of diverse administrative functions for a technology department, acting as an interface between central teams for business management, governance, finance, and operational risk. The position requires interaction with a wide variety of business partners to deliver strategic work efforts and ensure tactical priorities are met, with a focus on headcount, resource, and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead communication, coordination, and connectivity across the leadership team
  • Partner with peers and control partners to ensure adherence to risk management policies
  • Drive the successful execution of team events and routines
  • Provide oversight of key deliverables and validate accurate and timely completion
  • Manage headcount, resources, and vendors, including invoice processing
  • Track operational risk, audit progress, and application status
  • Work with the business management team to build reports and manage financials
  • Coordinate with functional and development managers on resource allocations and forecasts
  • Capture and report on key organizational and project metrics (financials, resource plans, etc.)
  • Act as a coordinator for corporate governance and ensure alignment on internal tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of job-related experience
  • Experience in resource management and forecasting
  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, and invoice processing
  • Experience in creating and managing metrics and reporting
  • Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira
  • Intermediate SharePoint skills for managing workflows and data repositories

  • Superior business acumen

Pay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hour
