We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Safety Sergeant to join our East Baltimore Public Safety team and help lead security operations across one of the nation's premier academic healthcare systems. Position Summary The Public Safety Sergeant provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for Public Safety Officers and security personnel throughout the East Baltimore campus. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure healthcare environment through supervision, emergency response coordination, investigations, training support, and collaboration with hospital leadership and external agencies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team leader with experience in healthcare security, law enforcement, military service, or public safety operations. Key Responsibilities

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
