Summary:
Seeking a senior Project Lead with strong experience managing enterprise data, analytics, cloud, and AI-related initiatives in complex environments. This role supports a Technical Project Manager on a data engineering and AI adoption program, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and aligning business, engineering, and AI stakeholders. PMP certification is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical projects involving data engineering, analytics, cloud platforms, and AI initiatives.
• Manage project planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Gather business and technical requirements and develop project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Support data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between executive leadership and technical teams.
• Manage project schedules using Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Support healthcare data initiatives and compliance/governance requirements.
• Contribute to AI/ML adoption and digital transformation programs.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience leading technical projects in data, analytics, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Experience managing BI, big data, and analytics programs.
• Healthcare data experience; familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and CCDA preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Strong project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and status reporting experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SDLC, IT processes, and enterprise technologies.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of compliance, security, and data governance concepts.
• Consulting and facilitation experience.
• Customer-focused communication skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, TOGAF, or cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP).
