We are seeking a strategic and detail-driven Operations Control Manager to lead the planning and optimization of service operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective use of resources, including field crews, equipment, materials, and logistics to meet customer demand while achieving business targets. You'll play a central role in ensuring operational stability for each region: defining master schedules based on service loads and resource constraints while optimizing project mix and margin to achieve business financial goals. What You'll Do
- Develop and manage regional service schedules based on demand, resource availability, and capacity constraints
- Optimize the deployment of service teams based on field technician certifications, VOP rigs, materials, and logistics constraints
- Coordinate across Operations, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams to evaluate and schedule new service requests
- Ensure alignment between service schedules and factory delivery forecasts to consistently meet customer commitments and enhance our customer experience
- Drive capacity utilization through load balancing of all service categories - Installations, Life Cycle Management, Warranties, and Supervisions - to optimize contribution margins while maintaining service lead times
- Oversee material procurement and spare parts inventory planning to support timely project execution
- Implement and enforce process and governance standards to maintain controls over Delegation of Authority and ERP data accuracy
- Lead new supplier qualification and implementation to strengthen material supply and support cost reduction or margin improvement initiatives
- Monitor execution performance and proactively identify and resolve risks or bottlenecks
- Track and report on key performance metrics, driving operational excellence and accountability
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through standardization, lean methodologies, and employee-driven improvement teams
What We're Looking For Required:
- Bachelor's degree with the ability to apply business and operational concepts
- Experience in operations planning, scheduling, or service operations management
- Ability to manage complex resource planning and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
