Job Responsibilities:
The Assembly Operator I will support client Valencia"s Switch Department on 1st shift, helping reduce backlog and improve processing turnaround times. This role is responsible for hands-on production assembly work in a structured aerospace manufacturing environment. Candidates should be able to follow work instructions, read blueprints or basic drawings, perform soldering-related work if needed, support basic testing activities, and maintain quality and documentation standards. This is a foundational assembly role, but candidates still need relevant hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience.

Software/Tools Used:
Blueprints, work instructions, production travelers, soldering tools, basic testing equipment, hand tools, shop-floor PC login, PPE. Specific tools should be confirmed with Raquel or Timothy Jackson.

Top 3 Skills/Must haves:
1.Hands-on assembly or production manufacturing experience.
2.Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or production travelers.
3.Soldering exposure and/or basic testing capability.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Aerospace assembly experience, switch assembly experience, electromechanical assembly, soldering certification or prior soldering experience, basic test capability, experience working from travelers/work instructions, strong attendance, and comfort working in a structured production environment.
