As an HR Business Architect, you will define how business strategy translates into capabilities, value streams, and operating models. You will proactively partner with the HR functional teams, technology teams, and operations to create future-state blueprints that elevate the digital employee experience. Utilizing a systems thinking mindset, you will act as a core problem solver for our holistic HR Tech Stack (including Rostering, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Workday, Paradox, and ServiceNow), prioritizing investments and ensuring our integrated solutions deliver measurable, transformative outcomes for our workforce. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Minimum Experience Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities General knowledge of hardware, software, and network. Preferred Qualifications: This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.
