Job Number: R0239331 Technical Product Owner The Opportunity: As a Technical Product Owner, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a scrum master like you to create solutions that'll change the world. On our team, you'll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You'll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like JIRA and confluence you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. In this role, you'll directly impact the mission area by enabling the development team to deliver secure, highquality capabilities that support the mission-facilitating rapid, datadriven analysis and decision support through an integrated software platform that connects threat data, modeling outputs, and operational insights in real time to analysts and decisionmakers. You Have: Experience acting as a Product Owner for enterprise tools, translating business needs into technical requirements, and overseeing endtoend development Experience mastering and optimizing complex platforms and serving as a SME to guide feature enhancements, workflow improvements, and user adoption Experience developing detailed technical documentation, user guides, and process flows to support platform migration, training, and organizational scaling Knowledge of requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and technical coordination across engineering, HR, recruiting, and leadership teams Knowledge of Agile methodology, including user stories and backlog practices Ability to manage multitier stakeholder engagement and lead crossfunctional delivery, including training facilitation, change management, and user onboarding Ability to identify workflow gaps, propose enhancements, and partner with developers and engineers to deploy improvements in iterative cycles Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience managing largescale programs, budgets, and crossteam coordination Experience leading digital ecosystem transitions, such as creating SharePoint resource hubs and migrating teams from legacy systems, and supporting technical modernization work Ability to demonstrate readiness for enterpriselevel product ownership Certifications in data analytics, agile practices, and stress/anxiety support that strengthen crossdomain collaboration and userfocused delivery Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
