What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Make
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Champion exceptional member service and personalized financial guidance.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
- Drive branch performance through sales, service, and community engagement.
- Represent Summit at local events and strengthen community partnerships.
What You'll Bring
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 3+ years in retail or financial services, including at least 1 year of management experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS number.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, branch operations, and common financial products and services.
- Proven ability to lead individuals and teams toward high performance and organizational goals.
- Sound judgment and adaptability in solving day-to-day, unique challenges.
- Active listening skills and a thoughtful approach to resolving complex situations.
- Ability to build rapport, communicate proactively, and foster strong member relationships.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in follow-up and follow-through.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic math proficiency and the ability to understand more complex financial concepts.

- Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk and sit, and use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Saturday hours required.
- Equipment Used: Computer terminal/PC, calculator, printer/copiers, telephone.
