Converting - 2nd shift

Position Summary:
Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a technically proficient, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Conversion Operator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Pay rate: $19.00/hr

Shift: Afternoon

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process.
* Set up machines according to specifications and production schedule
* Record production data and complete required documentation
* Follow all Sealed Air policies and procedures.
* Understand and adhere to quality control standards.
* Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

* High School Diploma of GED preferred
* 1+ year of experience as a machine operator
* Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. for extended periods
* Ability to read technical documents, safety rules, or work orders, etc.
* Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Strong organizational, math, and writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to work any shift based on business needs.
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Must be able to work overtime as required.
* Dependable and punctual.
