Overview Otter Products is currently recruiting for a Sr. Merchandising Manager to join our Merchandising team! In this role you can be based at our Fort Collins, CO headquarters, working a hybrid schedule or remote if you are not local. The Sr. Merchandising Manager is responsible for implementing all Go to Market plans for our premium and luxury product lines as well as OEM retail needed to deliver the annual revenue and profitability targets of the responsible category across all channels of distribution. In this role, you will execute the merchandising strategy and go to market plans to curate product assortments, develop pricing strategies, optimize inventory, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment, collaborate on tactics, and enhance brand presence.
