Detailed Description:
- Perform minor preventative maintenance on machinery to support efficient operations.
- Assist with maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and shop equipment.
- Install lights, shelving, workstations, and other facility-related items as needed.
- Maintain accurate forklift logs and support safe equipment operation.
- Obtain forklift certification and operate equipment safely when required.
- Move furniture, equipment, and materials as needed across the facility.
- Ensure work areas and shop floors are clean, organized, and in proper working condition.
- Follow all procedures in accordance with documentation, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental) policies, and quality standards.
- Perform additional maintenance tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 0-1 year of experience in maintenance, construction, or a related hands-on role.
- Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and physical tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Basic knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
Additional Details: The Maintenance Technician I must prioritize personal safety and the safety of others at all times. Work is performed primarily in a shop or industrial environment and may involve physical labor, including lifting, standing, and operating tools or equipment for extended periods. Occasional exposure to machinery and facility systems is expected.
