The Senior Marketing Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives across assigned business units within the multi-species portfolio. This individual will forge and nurture impactful partnerships, strengthen brand visibility, and deliver exceptional marketing campaign execution. Success in this role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure full alignment with business goals and brand standards. This role is fully remote and eligible candidates will live in the following states: Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned business partners to drive market share expansion and lead joint business initiatives. Lead strategic planning efforts that align with the distinct objectives for each species, ensuring all initiatives meet business goals and uphold brand standards.

Collaborate with key internal teams, including sales, training, partnerships, management, logistics, and purchasing, to ensure cohesive service delivery and brand consistency. Work closely with Marketing Specialists and Managers to guide creative strategies for each species, fostering professional development, providing mentorship, and ensuring creative excellence.

Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a compelling vision for national trade shows, ensuring consistent and impactful brand representation across all species. Drive the division's advertising strategy, overseeing sales opportunities that support revenue growth and align with brand identity. Lead innovative initiatives to continuously elevate brand awareness and market positioning.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Overseeing the Multi-Species Marketing Specialist content management assignments, providing feedback, guidance and effective execution of marketing projects.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred

Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in a multi-brand or portfolio environment in Animal Health industry

Minimum of 3-4 years of direct management experience with at least 1 direct report.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in and support cross-functional collaboration.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain strong attention to detail.

Deep understanding of marketing strategies, campaign development, and content creation.

Ability to interpret data and apply insights to guide strategic and tactical decisions.

Ability to read, write and speak English

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.

Basic computer skills with the ability to operate a Windows-based computer and perform data entry independently.

Equipment Used:

Windows based computer, telephone, fax, and copier.

Work Environment:

Work will be performed indoors in a temperature-controlled climate where moderate heat, cold or humidity may be experienced. Moderate exposure to dust and dirt may also be expected. Work will typically be performed Monday through Friday and may require overtime.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
