What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific policies, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related procedures and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support front desk operations within a financial institution location by observing lobby activity, reporting unusual behavior and/or conditions, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and policy compliance.
• Answer phones, provide directions, and assist with routine administrative and security-related documentation related to visitor processing, deliveries, and daily activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
