In this fast-paced role, you will help with access activity, alarm awareness, and incident reporting while bringing a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative approach built on teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.
  • Monitor alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and/or other communication systems, and dispatch personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Document calls for service, incident details, shift activity, and/or response actions in logs and reporting systems, following site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Coordinate communication between on-site personnel, building contacts, and/or first responders to help support timely awareness of security-related concerns, access issues, and unusual activity.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining awareness of site operations, reviewing incoming information, and communicating relevant updates, instructions, and/or escalations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree, is required.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
