Marvell LiquidSecurity and NITROX III HSM Adapters are the industry's first FIPS 140-2 level 3 certified solution that offers isolated partitions and enable virtual machines to have dedicated resources in FIPS certified boundary. These adapters provide dynamic partition creation and offer highest performance and key storage capacity thereby providing the most flexible solution for multi-tenant/ multi-domain cloud infrastructure. These adapters provide several functions such as key management, crypto offload, and digital signing thus enabling cryptographic support for various cloud and OEM applications.

What You Can Expect

In this role, you will:

  • Lead all technical pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with customers and internal teams.
  • Define, manage, and deliver product and solution enablement materials, including technical presentations, SDKs, user guides, benchmarks, and application notes.
  • Work directly with customers to evaluate, deploy, and integrate Marvell LiquidSecurity HSM solutions into their environments.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex customer-reported issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to support demand generation and customer engagement activities.
  • Provide technical training to customers as well as internal sales and support teams.
  • Act as a key interface between customers, engineering, and product teams to drive issue resolution and product improvements.
  • Support secure lab/room operations and manufacturing kit readiness for customer demos, validations, and deployments when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation, processes, and customer experience.
  • Be willing to travel occasionally (up to 25%) for customer engagements, trainings, and onsite support.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant professional experience, OR Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in engineering, application engineering, or technical marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and network security appliances is required.
  • Experience in MCU firmware development, including secure firmware design and debugging.
  • Experience handling secure lab/room environments and managing manufacturing kits for development, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of FIPS standards, with good knowledge of the payment ecosystem (PCI); familiarity with Common Criteria is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of PKCS#11, OpenSSL, JCA, and CNG.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting technical issues in HSM and cloud environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer requirements and clearly communicate them to internal product and engineering teams.
  • Experience in driving technical issues across sales and engineering teams to resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

111,070 - 166,400, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
