Job Summary

The Corporate Receptionist position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the administrative and operational needs of the organization.



Work Location

This position offers a full-time opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in West Bend, WI working Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm.

The internal deadline to apply is 4/21/2026. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.



Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

    Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges in accordance with company policy.
  • Coordinate packages and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
  • Collaborate with facilities, HR, executive and other departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide Security Related event support
  • Authorized to accept Service of Process
  • Provide back-up for video surveillance and access controls

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Preferred Education and Training

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or administrative certification preferred.


Salary Statement

The salary range for this position is $19.67 - $24.59.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
