Description

Chevo is hiring an experienced Performance Measurement Analyst II to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client's business and becoming a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to Performance Management, Data Analysis and Evaluation in the Intelligence Community (IC).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must possess demonstrated experience with government performance management and evaluation analysis programs, intelligence community operations and products.
  • Provides day-to-day project management for smaller projects or is the team lead for a work stream within a larger project.
  • Coordinates and directs the activities of junior consultants and provides direct consulting support (including but not limited to Functional, Technical, Training/Facilitation, and Change Management responsibilities) and expertise to clients
  • Identifies project issues, reviewing elements of deliverables developed by others, and the presentation of project findings and results to lower levels of client management.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Has an advanced degree in public policy, public administration, or management science
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in consulting or program evaluation and performance management related to oversight, planning, administration, finance, or technology implementation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting DHS and/or Intel Agency

SALARY RANGE: $120K-130K (subject to change)
