E2026-04-003 * Full-Time/Regular WR has a need for a Lead Logistics Coordinator to provide logistics support across procurement, picking/kitting, shipping, and material closeout for the RLGN/RLG program to ensure accurate accountability and timely delivery of program and fleet requirements. Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: * Perform picking, kitting, staging, and issue of material to support production, field activities, and fleet requirements. * Track and manage material and shipping costs. * Maintain material price analysis spreadsheet, capturing multi-vendor cost data to support accurate budgeting, estimating, and proposal development. * Track legacy Field Change (FC) CCAs and coordinate with OEM for testing, reformatting, and re-qualification activities. * Source and procure materials required to support RLGN/RLG production systems, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with the Master Delivery Schedule. * Execute material closeout activities such as conducting final physical inventories, documenting material disposition, and coordinating task transfers. * Maintain accurate records and documentation for all material movements, kitting actions, cost tracking, and procurement activities. Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * Six (6)+ years of experience in logistical tracking, reporting, record keeping, warehousing, material transfer, issuance, and disposition of government and/or commercial property. * Five (5)+ years supporting government property requirements and/or defense life-cycle material management. * Computer proficiency with MS Office applications. * Understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) inventory management systems and techniques.
