Overview The mission of Helio Health, Inc. is: To promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) System Support Specialist is responsible for support activities related to the RCM components of the Electronic Health Record and Billing system, including corrections and maintenance of the Revenue Cycle Management operating environments. This position works under administrative direction and coordinates with the RCM System Administrator and leadership team to plan, organize, and manage the H.I.T. system and related functions and to perform related duties as required. In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500.00! Pay Range: $67,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year. Responsibilities
Develops a mastery of the organization's RCM H.I.T. systems in order to provide ongoing support for all Helio Health, Inc. end-users.
