Symetra has an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Sr.Software Engineer I! About the role As a Senior Software Engineer I, you will build and maintain secure, scalable software with a strong focus on production stability and longterm reliability. You will own production support and bug resolution, working closely with the product support team to triage issues, analyze root causes, and deliver durable fixes across both modern and legacy systems. This role partners in design discussions, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD support while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative engineering culture. What you will do

Compensation Salary Range: $106,400 - $177,300 plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program. Who You Are:
