Join a forward-thinking company, partnered with Aquent, that is at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to building robust and scalable platforms that empower users. We are seeking talented individuals to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Are you a seasoned engineer ready to make a significant impact on a critical platform? This role offers the chance to lead technical initiatives, mentor peers, and drive the evolution of our high-performance systems. You'll be instrumental in shaping our technical future and delivering features that directly benefit our users, contributing to the success of our core services and the growth of our technical team.

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead the development and testing of our systems and services, ensuring high quality and reliability.

* Actively participate in shaping the technical architecture of our products, influencing key design decisions.

* Help translate product requirements into clear user stories and robust technical solutions.

* Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment, managing the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

* Mentor other engineers, foster a strong technical culture, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

* Generate innovative ideas for new initiatives and technologies to keep our platforms cutting-edge.

* Communicate effectively with project leads, product managers, and other software developers to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.

**What You'll Need:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

* 4+ years of programming experience, ideally on a modern technology stack.

* Our core stack leverages languages like Java and Kotlin, modern frameworks, relational databases, and cloud-native deployment platforms like Kubernetes within a sophisticated service-oriented architecture.

* 2+ years of programming experience with Java, Kotlin, or Scala.

* A proven understanding of relational databases and Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs).

* Experience working on a service-oriented architecture or microservice-based application.

* Willingness to roll up your sleeves, collaborate effectively with others, and consistently deliver results.

* A solid sense of responsibility, capable of driving a project from its inception to successful completion.

* An affinity for solving complex problems and shipping impactful features, prioritizing practical solutions over excessive perfectionism.

* Experience working in a collaborative coding environment, including refining designs, participating in thorough code reviews, and managing pull requests.

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience scaling highly available, mission-critical systems.

* Full-stack capabilities across systems (e.g., containerization, messaging queues), databases, or modern front-end technologies.
