Are you a visionary Visual Designer ready to make a significant impact on how cutting-edge financial products are presented to the world? We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual contributor to elevate our client's sales and executive presentations. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling visual narratives that resonate with merchants and executive stakeholders, directly contributing to the adoption and success of innovative payment solutions. Your expertise will transform complex product information into clear, persuasive, and visually stunning assets, playing a crucial part in key business development and strategic communication efforts.

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead the design and creation of high-impact sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-sheeters, and customized merchant materials.

* Develop and refine UX screens and product mockups that clearly articulate product functionality and user experience.

* Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand strategic objectives and translate them into effective visual communications.

* Ensure all visual assets maintain brand consistency and adhere to guidelines for proprietary product information.

* Contribute to the success of strategic initiatives by delivering visually compelling materials that drive engagement and secure partnerships.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating pitch decks and sales enablement materials.

* Demonstrated ability in UX design principles and the creation of UX screens and product mockups.

* Advanced proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) for designing high-quality, impactful visual assets.

* Proven capability in visualizing complex data and crafting compelling visual stories through design.

* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Experience with modern design tools such as Figma.

* Advanced capabilities in presentation software, particularly for integrating and visualizing dashboard and data insights.

* Experience with video production and demo-building.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $56. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
