**About the Role**

Step into a pivotal role where you will serve as a high-caliber customer service representative within the HR function. This position is less about traditional HR processing and more about being the go-to resource for employee inquiries, data management, and critical support. You will play a vital part in enhancing the employee experience by expertly navigating a range of questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that essential information is accurately documented and communicated. Your keen attention to detail and critical thinking will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and maintaining operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound employee calls, providing assistance, guidance, and directing inquiries to the appropriate resources.

* Create and manage cases for employee issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

* Provide comprehensive payroll inquiry support, understanding the logic of timekeeping and payroll to answer employee questions accurately without processing payroll directly.

* Partner closely with the payroll team to address and resolve complex inquiries.

* Provide essential HR expertise and support to the employee community.

* Process tuition reimbursement requests and employee verifications.

* Address policy questions and ensure compliance with policy acknowledgments.

* Perform various administrative duties as assigned, supporting overall HR operations.

* Document employee data changes, performance reports, and communications with precision.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree.

* At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a customer service or HR support contact center environment.

* Demonstrated attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

* Experience using case management software, such as Service Now.

* A solid understanding of timekeeping and payroll logic to effectively resolve employee inquiries.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior contact center experience with inbound phone calls and case management.

* Experience with HR information systems, such as Success Factors.

* Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
