Working under general supervision of the Director, referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval, the Senior Solutions Specialist works directly with Connection sellers and their respective client portfolios to drive demand and pipeline of complex Cisco security solutions while increasing rapid acceptance of recommended solutions. After assessing the needs of the client given an analysis of the business requirements coupled with the clients' functional objectives, the Sr. Solutions Specialist effectively designs and recommends complex Cisco security solution(s) to the client. The Sr. Solutions Specialists directly engages with the partner engineering team on design and price of the Cisco security solutions to address the clients' need(s). The Sr. Solutions Specialist trains and supports sellers in effectively packaging, pricing and presenting security solutions to clients including return on investment (ROI) and value propositions.
