Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development - Restricted/ODNI who will lead the Growth Team in the development and execution of business development objectives. This includes building business development plans to maintain and expand our current footprint of programs across the Intelligence Community, with a particular emphasis on leveraging established customer relationships and ensuring consistent access to key decision-makers. A successful candidate will operate as an integral member of the C&I growth team, partnering with operational and functional leaders across the company to foster meaningful customer relationships. Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
